The spacious room with a balcony view of the city and mountains was superb. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and were impressed by the attentive staff, especially Kim and Eric. the location was perfect for exploring Santa Barbara Downtown, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Being able to check in early was a great convenience. the hotel's commitment to providing a guest-centric experience truly left a lasting impression. Antonio, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even offering to comp us a night after addressing our concerns. Overall, a fantastic experience that we highly recommend for a sunny getaway in the American Riviera®.
